That Y strap is nice, the apron does get heavy on your neck.

Sometimes good products need a few tweaks to become great products for their use. I like the modifications. Jon and Austin, might need to add some accessories to the leather aprons.

I agree the straps look awesome, I may have to look into doing that with mine.

Austin & Jonathan, maybe you could look into having your manufacturer look into changing the neck strap to what they have, better to have the wait on the shoulders than the neck.

Yes the leather looks really nice and everything, but does it keep you warmer than a traditional materialled apron?

bocephus Sadly, we already had placed an order for them but Y straps will be on the next order. HerbcoFood I was going to say no and then I realized I don’t wear a traditional cloth apron (yet!) so I don’t have a comparison.

Jonathon Let us know when the new order is in with the Y strap, I think a lot of people will be interested in them. Until then I will happily keep wearing the one I have.

Jonathon I am just used to seeing the leather aprons being worn by the super hipster butchers at your trendy eateries. Being in Houston a leather apron really isn’t practical to me year round, especially doing processing/cooking outdoors. I am not saying I’d ever get one, just more interested in it’s practicality for me at this point.

I absolutely love this idea! I wonder if we could find a customizable option for this tall lanky body of mine (I’m 6’6")
