A non traditional Easter meal. Picture this…

Two grills, six steaks, four brats, two burgers and foil potatoes. Pasta salad, broccoli salad, potato salad, baked beans and a fruit bowl.

You have the picture in your mind? Hope so.

Can’t believe I never got one pic of any of this. Argh.
              Sure was delish.

Polish sausage, peas, onions, bacon, and potato dumplings. My family loves this stuff.

jpurol I’m Slovenian. But have many Polish buds. That’s pretty darn close to what they make when I visit them and it’s always a good gig. Congrats.

JoeB It’s like any origin. The polish, slovenians, etc made the same dish/item in different villages different ways. So, it really depends which villages settled in your area. All are kinda the same. But, a little different. It’s hilarious when you get people from two different areas together. Oh, the wonderful arguments/disagreements. All I know, it’s alllll good when people bring their best. Can’t wait to hear/see your guys take on the different dishes/items. So, your take in Buffalo may be different from the one’s in the Cleveland area and so on.

Got a pic today of the Easter Sunday ham.

                                  PXL_20210404_165442022.jpg

Well, not exactly ham. Can’t remember the last time we didn’t have ham over the course of two days. Guess everyone wanted to be outside grilling with a beautiful two days we just had. Perhaps a new tradition.
