lkrfletcher Yep! Since January, I now have a grinder, stuffer, mixer, sous vide, plus all the other stuff. Going to make some jalapeno cheddar brats, summer sausage, and snack sticks soon. Also a test run of smoked jalapeno cheddar sausage.

All that’s left is a chamber vac so that I can get rid of the foodsaver!

You are totally geared up. I got a chamber vac a few years ago and I must say, it is an awesome investment. Have run well over 1000 bags thru it and it has not disappointed. -
Yeah, it’s definitely on the list. The wife started asking how much we’re into this last night, so I might have to hold off for a few months until she forgets, lol. Maybe the foodsaver will “break” at some point this year!
