Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (the brewery is right here in town) and a couple of gin & tonics in the evening.

Sorry if this has been discussed before but this is my first batch of snack sticks. The package of carrot fiber I got says to use 1.59 oz up to 3.59 oz per batch. It doesn’t say how big a batch is. The Sure Cure and ECA both have a weight of the meat and I can do the conversion.
