Tex_77 I made rib eye and tenderloin trim skewers seasoned with the bbq jerky seasoning and the sweet teriyaki. I also made meatloaf with a 50/50 blend of fresh ground beef and the other half was misc sausage leftovers. Next up is jambalaya with house made andouille.

Two roast that are fork tender, and once again the Cyclops Greek marinade was a huge hit!

That is an excellent weekends worth of photos! FYI this thread now has 3,200 views with 325 posts. Other than the Roll Call post I would say this is the most heavily viewed and posted post!

I am going to have to remember not to check this post in the future until after I have ate a big meal. It’s getting close enough to lunchtime, and I am drooling over all the food pictures after checking in from the weekend’s posts… You guys are killing me!

Joe Hell I don’t know I think my jambalaya looked better then yours, but I didn’t have homemade andouille either, I had to use Zatarain’s andouille. I didn’t have shrimp in mine either, so yours might edge mine out on that alone.

Tex_77 This was my first time making it. We had a large amount of andouille requests in the last week so I thought I’d give it a shot. The sausage turned out better than any store bought andouille that I’ve tried. I have a feeling this will be a shop staple! Due to watching my carb intake I only had a small amount…damn diet.

Tex_77 It’s been far too long since I’ve had a tri tip. I need to do that soon!

Tex_77 I’m enjoying a rare day off so I went to make folks and made them a large batch of Jambalaya using scratch made andouille that I made for the shop.

Haven’t had jambalaya since my last trip to New Orleans. Gotta get it done.
