Hi I’m Adam and I am originally from Lake Charles, La but once my wife and I both retired from the U.S. Air Force we are currently living in Haysville, Ks. I’ve just recently started making my own sausages and meat snacks thanks to Walton’s.

Just made the Jalapeno Summer Sausage and Boudin this past weekend and both turned out great. I used jalapeno flakes and the Hi Temp hot pepper cheese for the summer sausage and Walton’s Boudin seasoning. I of course made way too much but I’m sure I’m not the only person that does that. ![0_1528834137822_IMG_0460.jpg]

Jonathon I’ve gotten all of my supplies from you guys, how was the Summer Sausage? ;0

I do this with my grinder to get the last little bit of meat out, I’ve seen it work with the stuffer also but you need to use 4 slices of bread.
