I dont get out that way to hunt bears . I know that Clearwater forest area produces some nice bears from what I been told. …sorry dont have much more then that but if you contact fish and game in the Clearwater region ask for bear bioligist they will defintely give you clues where to go… they are great resources and are glad to assist you…

So I ground lots of elk this past season and we made our burger at 80/20 …can I use this 80/20 as is for snack stix or should I add more fat???thanks for any help…

Made goose stix today used 50/50 goose and untrimmed pork butt…I did use a garret metel detector and I gotta tell you im glad I did it located 6 steel pieces of shot that I would have possibly missed…I also used Mandarin Terraki Excaliber brand … I used my new Waltons 7lb sausage stuffer and man was I impressed that is awesome…great day for goose stix now moving on to elk sausage and brats…

No not at all this Chicago seasoning was great and a favorite to several of us who were trying at the same time Chicago, Habanero and beer brat seasoning… Chicago was a favorite of several folks…just fyi…
