I use roasted garlic, butter and Johnny’s Seasoning Salt, put them on bamboo skewers, grill them and then back into the marinade until served. Easy peazy.

Salt, pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder. Oil them up before they go on the grill, and then brush them with a little bit of lemon juice while they’re on the grill. That’s about all it takes.

Make sure your grill is clean, hot, and well-oiled and seasoned. Shrimp stick a lot more than red meat or chicken.

Just did jumbo’s last evening, some just on bamboo skewers, some slightly butterfly added a strip of jalapeno and wrapped in a thin strip of bacon, and some wrapped with pineapple with and without jap. The pineapple jap were the best to me, wife like the plain pineapple ones ,grilled. yum
