No recipe on this one, just my adlib version of Japanese Udon with thin sliced ribeye, Tempura shrimp and onions. The flavor blend was pretty good. There was even a little anchovy in the broth for extra flavor.

I love leftover pulled pork. I think I almost exclusively use it for Mexican style dishes, but it is very versatile.

Smoked Pulled-pork enchiladas smothered in a home-made red sauce. Stuffed with fresh grated cheese and sliced sweet baby-bell peppers. Topped with crรจme and sriracha with a touch of cilantro.

Mixed 5# of Italian sausage and packaged in 1# bags. Used the rest with some marinara sauce I canned earlier this summer with home grown tomatoes. No fancy plating, but pretty tasty.PXL_20211111_004053045.jpg

Mixed 5# of Italian sausage and packaged in 1# bags. Used the rest with some marinara sauce I canned earlier this summer with home grown tomatoes. No fancy plating, but pretty tasty.PXL_20211111_004053045.jpg
