Chicken snack sticks

Bhouin1086 they look great!!! I cant wait to hear the final result. I am itching to try so thing like this!
deplorablenc1 I got them all packed up, they are pretty damm good. This is what I used 1 pack of buffalo blue cheese seasoning, sure cure, super bind, 10lbs of bacon, 15 lbs of chicken thighs deboned and skin removed
They did turn out a little on the salty side but not bad. Not a lot of buffalo or blue cheese flavor. But good flavor for a snack stick.

Bhouin1086 those look fantastic!!! Looks like your meat shop is the same as mine, the garage!!! Thanks for the update on those. I think I will try and use pork butt with chicken, the buffalo seasoning and high temp bleu cheese.

deplorablenc1 that’s kinda what I was thinking with the pork butt and using chicken breast instead of thighs, it was a pain to debone all the thighs, and the bacon is a little on the salty side. Keystone is a good beer I can drink all day that way lol
