Hey y’all. I’m Rylee and I am known as the Steak Princess. Karen is actually my mom. We had to put her name on the business with me only being 15 we didn’t want it to hurt my chances of scholarships down the road when I go to college. First I would like to say thank y’all so much for the support that yall have already given me. We have already shipped out several orders today. I have been cooking competition since I was 11. I created all 4 of my rubs myself from just mixing different things together until I came up with combos that I thought would enhance the meat and people would enjoy. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I would love to be a part of your podcast one day. Thank you so much for your support.

Steak Princess Welcome aboard! You should be very proud of what you have done. I am sure mom and dad are. My combo pack is coming tomorrow and I have a rack of ribs waiting for fathers day! Can hardly wait!

Welcome, glad to have you here. Amazing story young lady and it’s only the beginning.

Can’t wait to try those seasonings. The names and artwork are fantastic. One question from my order. I showed the four packs as out of stock, so I ordered individually. No big deal, just curious.

Check out the Walton’s monthly giveaway and sign up. Lots of good stuff.

PapaSop Yes sir I packed your order as a combo pack. We didn’t realize the quantity was low in the store online and by the time my dad was able to change it, it showed out of stock. We are sorry about that. Thank you for your order.

Just got my order today. Fast shipping is always good! Couldn’t help but open them ALL and have a taste. I’ve got to say, every one was super tasty and don’t seem overly salty. Can’t wait to get them on some meat!

Grimpuppy For ribs I would use my Sweet Rapture rub. I have had several top 10 calls in ribs as an ancillary in cooking SCA and I have also gotten top 10 calls in KCBS comps as well. Let me know what you think about them. Thank you for your order.

Deepwoodsbutcher Thank you for your order. When i was creating these rubs I tried to keep the salt content as low as possible. A lot of teams combine rubs that already high in salt like an AP rub so when they pair them with my rubs they work well together. Also when we compete a lot of judges seem to be older and they have already had to have salt removed from their diet so if I turn in things that tend to be salty I could get possibly get a bad score. Also I tried to keep the home cooks in mind because a lot of people don’t like heavy salt and I really want to be in with all the home cooks.

Steak Princess I think I will be ordering some, especially after learning you are keeping salt low. I have cut a lot of salt out of my diet and now am sensitive to salty foods.

Rips with Sweet Rapture. Not to sweet not hot, a well balanced rub that kids and adults will like. Two big thumbs up!
