Jonathon Grill Grates catch any moister that drips and rendering it back up as steam giving a bit more grill flavor than most grates would allow you to get. But yes mostly the grill marks is why a person would get these. I like them because you can flip them upside down and use the flat side as a griddle and get perfect crust on a burger or fish.

Joe Hell thanks joe i did 1.45 per turn and tried to pull the steak once it hit 127-128 so it would finish internally a little over 130. Still have to practice alot more to get this just right but i was very happy with my results.

Tex_77 Judging on how clean that grill is i don’t think your ready lol haha. Nice so you have the 360 and the original now? Have you seen the PKGO yet Walton’s is selling them. Got one home this weekend and i plan on doing my first cook with it on Christmas day just a couple LBs of shrimp.

Darkfish89 yes, i want it too! You are correct haven’t used this one yet. I would have actually had the PKGO, but the shipping time frame didn’t work for the auction I bought this one from.

Cooked on the PKGO for the first time. Great little grill i did tail&shell on shrimp with Garlic&herb seasoning and some olive oil then i tossed them in Captain Rodneys Spicy Peach Sauce when they were done. -
