really good design on those labels

Sorry I’m lost on the “labels” or did I miss something?

mrobisr The labels on his seasoning containers display like elements in the periodic table, e.g. Rosemary, RO, Thyme, TY, etc… a unique visual and marketing point.

craigrice Inevitable on a site like this, it’s all good

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day
Teach a man to fish and he drinks beer for a lifetime

craigrice By the way Craig, didn’t mean to imply you were complaining, just that it’s bound to happen

A meat stuffing hack that I’d thought I’d share that is a big time saver for me. Bought a big lazy susan and big 24inch pizza pan and stuff my sausage directly onto it. The stuffer will spin the pan requiring little effort. It will hold 25# perfectly. Then once in done stuffing it unwinds nicely onto my zlinker. I can stuff and have my sausages linked and ready to go in the freezer in about 5 minutes.

bubba_mcnabb i used the pan and lazy susan to make a couple batches and wow does it make the task of one man stuffing a breeze. Do you have to have it, no, but wow it definitely makes life so much easier, thanks for the idea.

@bmartin1000 with sheep casings it didn’t turn with stuffing, but it was still easier for me to gently push it and hardly skip a beat turning the stuffing handle. It was by far the fastest I have ever stuffed sheep casings by a long shot.

With 40mm hog casings wow it just takes off and as fast as I can turn the handle and control the tightness of the casings it completely keeps up. I have never stuffed as quickly as I did these two batches.
