In each episode, Jon and Austin talk about their favorite recipes and share some expert tips and tricks for making sausage, jerky, and snacksticks. Stay up to date on the latest news and current trends in the meat industry as we explore everything related to meat and more.
What we talked about:
Listen along as Jon talks with the Owner/CEO of Walton’s, Brett Walton, and Key Accounts Manager Kurt Carter. They tell you the stories you definitely won’t want to miss! Including the early days on the road, the characters they met, and the processing families they’ve grown together with. You know, come to think of it, I’ve never seen a llama with antlers. If you only listen to one episode all year, you’re going to wanna make it to this one. Enjoy!

Jonathon this was may favorite podcast so far. You can tell that Brett Walton and Kurt really enjoy life and their jobs. I find myself, as I creep closer to 50, really reveling in nostalgia and stories like these two. Now that I know the Walton family are a bunch of Dodge Boys that is even more reason to like them!!!
