twilliams I can see you on the map in southern WI.
I can see him as well. Pic seems to be in the middle of a park with a large roundabout… between 10th & 11th St. Hmm
PapaSop that is actually what we call our downtown square. Alot of businesses side by side each other all away around it. The historic courthouse is in the middle of it all

Very cool. Thought it might be center of town. Made a few trips down there 25+ years ago. Picked up product at the brewery, Huber I believe.

New bee signed up a few months back. I have a question for the community. I really enjoyed using my Airy vp112s vac master Vacuum chamber vac and then it stopped vacuuming. I sent it out to be repaired but it came back unable to make a good vacuum. So I bought a used second one and that one the pump runs but absolutely no vacuum. Does anyone have any idea how to or where I can get the repair manual for this fabulous little machine. I use it to do 300lbs of meat every month to every 2 months for 4 local food pantries and 6 individuals who give to total of 25 other families. It’s easy to use and it’s a power horse. And it’s easy to store when not in use and easy to transport in and out of the vehicle to where we process the meats.

When you click on the USA on the map and then zoom in, the member locations should start showing up.

With so many new people joining our community, I thought I would try this. If your new or have not posted before, tell us a little about yourself. You have found a great place with great people. Don’t be shy

I am Mike from Mid-mo. Just made my first batch of deer sticks last weekend. First time ever using a grinder or stuffer. I used Willie’s seasoning and smoked them with hickory. The family loved them. It was only a 7.5 pound batch (started small in case I screwed it up). I hope to make another batch this week to give as Christmas gifts. I love this site, I’ve learned a lot in a short time -

Just realized I signed up in 2018 wow time flies. I guess I really didn’t know what great ideas and recipes and cool photos you had. Also what wonderful folks you all are. Glad I decided to ask you about that chamber vacuum. I have been trying to navigate the options and what’s available here that might benefit the outreach that we do. I so far have enjoyed my self. And that fat back bacon being brien cured sounds tempting.

cdavis Ok Charlie let’s give this a go. First go to your profile and click on “edit profile” . Then delete your “location” and hit “save” to update your profile. Then go back into your profile and RE-ENTER your “location” and hit "save again to update. After that you should appear on the Map. That is unless Walton’s is having Map issues like they did a couple of months ago. I hope I’ve been able to help. Good Luck!
Bob Stehlik thanks for the map info
. I’ll give that a try. -

Welcome everyone. If you have any questions or issues be sure to tag me or message me JohnG5.
JohnG5 John; maybe you can give us some insight on how to get one’s location to show on the map. I did it so long ago I’m not quite sure of the procedure. Thanx

If you click on your user picture in the upper right hand corner of the screen, you will get a drop down menu. Click on your user name and it will show your user profile.
On your profile screen, click on the three dot in the blue circle in the upper right corner of that screen. On the drop down menu, click on Edit.
The Edit screen will have your user information. Type in your zip code in the field labeled “Location” . That should put you on the map.And as kyle says, don’t forget to hit the save changes button at the bottom of the screen.

And remember to hit the save changes button at the bottom
