According to Jonathon they no longer carry them. I’d point you to Anova they have their Pro Model on sale for 50% off.

I’ve been thinking that I need a new circulator so that I can double up when finishing cured sausages in the Walton’s meat lugs, but it looks like none are on the website any more. Is this a supply chain issue, or did Walton’s get out of the sous vide game?

Bob Stehlik yes they do and it also comes with a container and lid. Didn’t pay attention to which one you get though. They have a few different models. If I remember . I think used to be a 750 w model and a 1000w and a 1200w . Not sure which ones they still make.

26 gallon capacity on that Anova Pro is pretty impressive.

Midwest_kc as Tex_77 recommended, I’d recommend the Anova, I have one and it’s great. I wish I would have waited a bit and got the WiFi model. I don’t know about other brands but their app is great and people post their recipes on it. So you aren’t really ever in the dark on how long to cook something.

Tex_77 I really wish you wouldn’t have said that, I am in no way a sous vide guy but 50% off I can’t pass up in case I learn how to SV some day. It is ordered

twilliams I have perfected the rib roast in the sous vide, yes grilling meats over a live fire always wins, but having perfectly cooked meats on a random workday are also wonderful!

I SV two things. Sausage and salmon. That fish will make your tongue slap your brains out. Also cuts WAY down on thermal processing times for large diam sausages.
