PatrickB Jonathon Correction at approx. the 7:20 mark, you talk about the video I made of cooking a steak from above using a charcoal chimney. You incorrectly state that I was cooking the steak from above and below, when the coals below were not lit, it was only being cooked from above. I just want clarify this. With that said, maybe I’ll try cooking one from above and below at the same time.
