craigrice - have an air fryer, and it hasn’t helped, but then i’m going to wait a bit before jumping on this weight loss bandwagon anyway. I won’t to make sure no one suffers any long term side effects first, before I try it. LOL. 😂

LOOONG time since I did this, mostly because I have not kept to it closely at all. So, some backsliding but not as bad as I feared. 195 this morning after eating a light breakfast. Travelling always gets me cause snacks are everywhere. This time I brought some Keto bread, prosciutto, pepperoni, sugar snap peas and carrots with me and that helped but WAY more beer was drunk than normally would be!

I’m only down 7, and been there for about a month, but a least not gaining. I’ve cut calories to about 1400 per day, but everything I read is that it will take a bit for the body to stabilize.

Jonathon Might have to stop eating my own food. Eating only what I make is not hard, eating too much of what I make is a different story.

Speaking of which, are you ready for more pecan pies? LOL
