Midwest_kc yep. Got some more Willies seasoning too! I think I am going to make a twenty five lb batch but do 15 lbs of sticks and 10 lbs of summer sausage.

ND Mike Nice haul man! samspade My dogs are throwing daily revolts when I try to walk them at lunch. IF I get them out of the house they just immediately find shade and lay down. Refuse to pee even though we are already outside, then they fight me to go back inside, they have teamed up to attack my sanity!

Christmas in June at my house today! My Waltons 11 lb stuffer and Waltons #22 grinder showed up today!!! Opened everything up and inspected the boxes. Everything was packed well and arrived safely. Now just need to schedule a day to make some stuff. Too hot out right now!
ND Mike Nice! You should be happy with that equipment. Meat processing reminds me of a shirt a friend of mine had for dog training. Started out with just a whistle and ended with a whole list of equipment.

ND Mike Congratulations very nice choice of Walton equipment.
The only problem I have now is I’m facing a 2nd mortgage on the house in order to buy pork and beef to use my grinder and stuffer. To old to hunt wild game and if could can’t find any shells to purchase. Just kidding, actually can save money making my own sausages. Enjoy! -

@dennyo yep…it almost looks like a big bite auger from LEM. I’m sure they all do that now. I like that you very rarely will need to use the stomper. We learned a while back if you cut you meat into longer strips it feeds very well.
