    @Paul-Voth The electric with snack sticks can be tricky but those look pretty chunky which is good!

      That looks awesome I need to get me one of them struggling with my hand crank by myself sometimes is not fun. Bet those will be tasty!!

        Jonathon couldn’t get the 19 mm casings over the 19 mm Tube . Didn’t even think about it when I purchased stuffer … ended up using the 22 mm sheep casings I had on hand … all in all turned out alright !! Truly enjoying the Weston 2300 sealer as well IMG_20201110_190418931.jpg

          @Paul-Voth You need a 12 mm tube for the 19 mm casings bud.

            AdamCA I don’t think the electric stuffer will push that through.

              @Paul-Voth Yup that is correct, you don’t want to be doing 19mm casings on the electric stuffer, it just doesn’t handle it well. Those look awesome!

                @Paul-Voth Yup that is correct, you don’t want to be doing 19mm casings on the electric stuffer, it just doesn’t handle it well. Those look awesome!

                Jonathon what’s the best suggestion for snack sticks on electric stuffer for Casings ? Don’t want to get any bigger than the casings I used.

                  @Paul-Voth Yeah I dont use the electric when I make snack sticks cause the piston has a tendency to bounce at 21 or smaller. If you are dead set on using it I would add some extra water and use the 21mm

                      I have A 5 pound stuffer I bought at A garage sale. It was to hard to crank the handle and stuff snack sticks 19 mm at the same time. I took the handle off and tried my 1/2 battery powered drill with A 13 mm socket. To hard too control. Tried A 1/2 drive racket wrench after A short time was stuffing 5 pounds of snack stick by myself. Will use again Friday when I make my chicken snack sticks.

                        shoprat53 that’s a really good idea I might have to see if I can do that too. Cranking by yourself is really hard to do that’s for sure.

                          Worked good for me loco much more control I used A 12 point socket so it would not twist. Will use again Friday when I make my chicken snack sticks.

                            Jonathon I’ve tried 19mm hand crank and it’s not too much fun…I stick to 21mm and that gives some elbow pain as well. I’m afraid I have a case of the chronic sausage stuffer elbow.
