What did everyone cook today?

Tex_77 We do have them locked up though I have the key, I TRY to at least be reasonable with how often I dip into our stores of sausage as we occasionally do need them for events and other things
Jonathon I’d just go with the “Patrick” must have ate everything theory!

I’m officially creating a rule where I can’t look at this thread until after lunchtime! It’s 8:30 and I’ve already eaten all the snacks I have brought for the day! Seriously John Gehringer PapaSop skibumben garden nut (LOVE the huge pepperoni) TexLaw those were some GREAT pics!
Jonathon I just made the same mistake, looking at this thread too early. At least I’m a lot closer to lunch time!

John Gehringer That is some real good looking meatloaf & dense too. Now, take a few of those slices & throw them on the grill & put some strips on them. You will like it.

garden nut Why not just a new element. Propane is more reliable I think than electric & you can use it when the power goes out too. Wood is the best, but lots of work & the right set up is critical, especially with sausage smoking.

calldoctoday I hear they are harder to get desired temp, but I’ve been looking at them! Wood is out of the question! I live in Phx AZ! Most days are no burn days, no wood burning at all!
