    I’m officially creating a rule where I can’t look at this thread until after lunchtime! It’s 8:30 and I’ve already eaten all the snacks I have brought for the day! Seriously John Gehringer PapaSop skibumben garden nut (LOVE the huge pepperoni) TexLaw those were some GREAT pics!

      Tex_77 We do have them locked up though I have the key, I TRY to at least be reasonable with how often I dip into our stores of sausage as we occasionally do need them for events and other things

              Sous vide’d a chuck roast, and made some bourbon glazed carrots to go along with it!

                              John Gehringer That is some real good looking meatloaf & dense too. Now, take a few of those slices & throw them on the grill & put some strips on them. You will like it.

                                garden nut Why not just a new element. Propane is more reliable I think than electric & you can use it when the power goes out too. Wood is the best, but lots of work & the right set up is critical, especially with sausage smoking.
