I also have the 7lb stuffer it is great. Stuffed with a grinder for years with not so good results. Wish I would have the 11lber but the 7lb had a sale I couldn’t turn down. Walton’s is such a great site. I have been reading everyone’s posts for several months now and have learned so much. I thank you all

I ordered a 11# sausage stuffer from Cabelas. I ended up taking it back because it just didnt work right and it was from a open box. So I just ordered a new Waltons 11# stuffer. I was so impressed with their video. It was on sale for a great price too. Plus the deliver was awesome in 2 days wow. Does anyone else have this same sausage stuffer? What do you think about it and do you have any advise. Thanks.

Little Baby Teddy I have the same stuffer and I love it. I am just a guy that likes making sticks, summer sausage, hot dogs etc vs. A commercial processor but it works really well for me and I wouldn’t want to make do without.

I have an older Cabelas 26 pound model that actually works fine for summer sausage. Biggest knock is it’s a pain to clean-up due to size of the cylinder and that there is a lot of seal leakage if you use anything but the summer sausage casings. A few months ago I bought the 11lb stuffer to do snack sticks and will never go back! The cylinder drops right in the sink making clean-up much simpler. I have had ZERO seal leak issues even with 16mm casings. I now even use it for summer sausage. As others have said, it is perfect for most people.

Ready to go. Now if pork prices will come down. 2.99 lb for pork butts. Ridiculous.

It’s fantastic. I just got mine earlier this week, and I used it yesterday to stuff a 5# batch. I nearly dropped to my knees and shouted “HALLELUJAH!”

I had been using the grinder for stuffing. The difference between that and the stuffer is like the difference between using a manual screwdriver and a drill. I’ll never miss the money I spent on this stuffer.

I’m also glad I got the 11# one. It’s not oversized for a 5# batch, but it gives me the option to do 10# or so without having to reload…

Exactly. Been using their 5# stuffer for the last couple of years but needed the upgrade. To much refilling for larger batches. Great products.

Ok, in that I just got a great Waltons 11# stuffer, I decided to take back my Cabelas #5 meat grinder, because I found that they are no longer suppling parts for it, like the plates and the cutter. After I drove an hour to get there, they would not give me my money back. They would only give me a store credit. Why is it my fault that they dont supply parts on what was a life time product. So I ended up buying their #12, Pro DC 1/2 HP grinder to use their store credit. Plus the store manager got very rude/insulting with me. Really!!! I wont be going there anymore. What I wanted to do, was to get my money back, so I could get a Waltons grinder.

PapaSop Nice seasoning choices as well! Little Baby Teddy What do the plates look like? a #5 knife should be a #5 knife but a plate might lock in a few different ways and they can’t all be used for each one. Let me know and I will see if we have a plate that will fit!

Just looked at Sam’s Club for pork butts. 1.28lb in case lots. Average 8 butts per case 65-70lbs. Price of membership would be worth it. Hmm.
