  • Soluble Pa's Black Bull versus PRIME BRISKET INJECTION
    W winter

Thanks for the information. I ended buying both, the Pa’s black bull soluble and the butcher bbq Prime brisket injection . I smoked a brisket with SPGR rub and Pa’s black bull soluble injected. at this point i’m not sure it can be improved on. it is excellent!! now i’m not sure i want to try the prime injection… lol

Jonathon Thanks. I don’t have turkey cure, but will be adding it to my next order. I do have country brown sugar cure and ham spice. I also have bird booster that I could use instead of the ham spice. I’m ok with the ham taste. just looking to get some cure and phosphate in the turkey Thanks again Happy Thanksgiving!
