I have made a few cutting boards for some friends and family and found this works really well. Its a great company and the product is made here in the USA!

I’ve made them with pork and added some red bell pepper and onions that were cooked down in butter. Also added hi temp mozzarella. These came out amazing and everyone I gave some to try wants more. One of my favorites now. Hope that helps a little.

I initially found Waltons and meatgistics from Youtube videos. I was wanting to lean how to make homemade sausage and I found everything and more from their youtube presence.
