Half with H- Summer and Ghost pepper high temp cheese and the other half H-Summer with high temp Chedder cheese and diced jalapeños.

kking yes I ordered a 50lb meat mixer from Waltons and it mated up perfectly with my #22 Cabelas Carnivore grinder. My grinder is about 3 years old. If you do end up getting one I’d wait until they do there 12 days of Christmas sale it was like $50 or $100 off regular price last year. They did sell out fast though so that is a gamble you have to take. If you would like you can text me and I can get you more accurate measurements this evening when I get home. 406-799-9721. Can you use this seasoning for Fresh Brats and just not add the Cure? Has anyone done that? I do not want to smoke or cook all at the same time. Any info would be much appreciated because I want to make a batch on Saturday.

Hi badfire2625 how old would you say your grinder is? I to have a cabelas carnivore grinder #22 and wanting to know if they fit or not. Could you send a photo of the spline shaft on the mixer just so I can see it please?

Tex_77 is it a fresh sausage seasoning or a brat seasoning because I didn’t see it?

I’m wondering which flavor they have that would closely resemble a German style bratwurst? Any info would be much appreciated.
