Best Caliber for Deer and maybe larger30-06 is a tough round to beat, it is very versatile. You can buy loads from 110 grain up to 220 grain with (my opinion) 150, 165 and 180 being the best for this rifle. I shoot 165 with good results. I have always said if I was going to own one caliber it would be 30-06.

Happy ThanksgivingLike to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, hope everyone can be with family during this time. I remember last year at this time I was in isolation due to a positive COVID test, no symptoms but had to be tested because I left the state for deer hunting trip, tested +. This year traveling to be with family. Safe travel to all those going out on the road.

1500 Postkyle You are correct there, we have had some great humor with everyone knowing that it is all in good fun. I especially like the ORANGE, blue and grey ribbing that goes on in this community, it is taken in the humor it is meant to be.

Tamaleszbigjeff I don’t understand why anyone would want to exclude a group of people, if I had a business I would want everyone to feel welcome.
