Rinse after injected?
-
Want to check and make sure I don’t need to rinse my pork bellies in fresh water after I injected and held overnight. I used B.R. maple cure and bacon booster. Been a while since I made any.
Thanks. -

Thanks.Garry Tarpley I rinse and pat dry after a soak. Also, I will fry up a slice to check the salt level before I let the pectile form up before smoking.

I’d rinse 100%, especially if you dont like very salty bacon.
