Landjaeger Recipe Cure Amount Error

I was reviewing the Meatgistics recipe here and noted an error on the amount of Surecure #1 recommended.

The meat block shown is too small for 1 ounce of Surecure #1 and ECA.
Like most seasonings, the normal package unit for Walton’s Landjaeger is for a 25 lb meat block
