Austin Jonathon I see you have these coolers are sale now, they’d make a great Christmas gift for people! One question I have is, are they lockable? I couldn’t see anywhere to lock the lid down with a padlock for the pictures.

Tex_77 Just looked at the picture of the cooler, it looks like there is a place in the center on the front to put a lock.

Tex_77 I have the same problem, finally moved all my large hard side coolers out to a shed in the back yard.

Tex_77 Their website(Taiga) isn’t very helpful either with product description.

Tex_77 If it weren’t for the fact that I just bought a series of matching color coolers, I would get one of these for sure. The timing just was not right

Tex_77 I looked at the monthly give away page, it definitely has a loop on the base and lid, shows the front of the cooler open. Glad I don’t have to worry about grizzly bear proof, although going to Alaska is on my bucket list.

Tex_77 How true. I here the same around my circles. But, when they sit down to a feast that used one of those unneeded coolers, the complaints are pretty close to non-existent. Go figure.
