Austin yeah I’m with you on the building code stuff. I was on a city council at one time while going through the process of drilling a new well and building water well houses. Time after time there were hold ups and engineers having to work with KDHE. It took over three years to get it done.

A whole beef tenderloin before everything was crazy ran $13.99/lb, now its been holding steady at $19.99/lb. Right after burn the turkey day Prime Rib has historically been on sale for $9.99/lb throughout the Christmas season. I am interested in seeing what it will be this year.

Santa around this house gets tacos, pizza, beer and whiskey. We tell our daughter he is sick of milk and cookies, so he needs a solid meal to help keep him going.

If this keeps up we will be having cornbread & milk or rice & milk for Christmas breakfast.
