I like this, I will try to start more days off with a rundown of what we have planned. Helps organize my day and lets you guy knows what is coming! Can’t say ill do it most days but I’ll try to get a few a week.

Thanks for the heads up. Just ordered the 8" slicer. Used the Pheasant Fest coupon as well.
Was so excited to see the slicer didn’t even notice the 50# mixer til after the fact. Will get it later.

PapaSop It will absolutely work with the Pro Series as I have tested that, the Butcher has the same exact hook up so it absolutely should. Both the butcher and pro series work with the Weston 44 lb. So, while I can’t say I have tried it they definitely should work together.

I would love that 50 pounder, but probably wont hook up to my off brand grinder. I will just have to keep doing it by hand in my small mixer

Right!!! Just barely touched the blade, incredibly sharp. Although I figured out how the blade sharpener works, surprised it was not mentioned in the instruction manual. Thanks You Tube. -
PapaSop I am reordering hats right now and we are going to try something a little different. For one thing, people with deeper heads who want a “bigger” hat will be very pleased with the camo I have chosen (though it will be a tad more expensive) and then I finally did a call back to my favorite Walton hat of all time! Hopefully I will have them in stock by our big Thanks Black Monday sale!

PapaSop So one of the things we wanted really bad isn’t happening. We are still going to get these deeper New Era Camp Hats for those of you who have too deep a head for our standard mesh side hat (I freaking LOVE mine) but the other one I badly wanted isn’t workable so back to the drawing board on that! Shirts will be back in stock shortly with more emphasis on the larger sizes.

Military or not it’s still a nice looking hat. I have a hard time finding a hat that feels good to me. Maybe a deeper one is worth a shot. Are they available? -
PapaSop Not yet, I already submitted the PO for new shirts (just restock) but we are trying to figure something else out with hats. These ones will certainly be in stock, we will get at least 37 m-l and 36 l-xl as they are fitted.
I wanted to make a “Meatgistics” hat but I ran out of time this year. However, Dry Cured 101-102&1-103 have all been shot and are being edited now!
