Tex_77 Austin is devious and smarter though, I’m more likely to survive, he would be more likely to thrive! He is also a better shot than I am with a shotgun at least, we will have to do handguns at some point to determine that

glen That was, oh what was the guy’s name, he did Great Expectations & Oliver. Interesting though, same sort of theme to some degree, but the good old days, maybe they were not so good after all was really bad. Well, maybe no worse after all. Ah, Charles Dickens.

Jonathon Austin who is the better knife fighter? Perhaps the first midweek livestream involves knife fights and axe throwing.

I like the idea, but I’ll probably have to watch a recording instead of a livestream if you do it in the afternoon. Just about all my afternoons get crazy.

If you happen to do it in the morning, either Tuesday or Wednesday are equally good.

Interesting idea…maybe a floating livestream where we do it at different times every few weeks? If it were to get a lot of follow up views to me that is almost as good as someone joining us for the Livestream itself. These would be more sober events anyway as we would have a clear message for meat processing, the livestreams for the giveaways tend to meander here and there as we drink!

You know for the hobbyist meat processor, alcohol and processing go hand in hand.

calldoctoday As we get older, good to know just where we came from. My dad was one of the designers of the first stage of the Saturn V. (for those too young to know, the spacecraft that took men to the moon). He did so with a slide rule. I still have it in my office today. Massive mathematical tables. There was no such thing as a calculator. It’s amazing just what one can accomplish when you want to (and not find excuse why we can’t).

Chef I used one of those things back in HS, shortly thereafter calculators started becoming the requirement in college. I had an accounting professor that never allowed them in any of his courses he taught. Taught you to think about things and not just be a number cruncher.

Jonathon i don’t like the floating idea. You need consistency so people know when to tune in, and don’t have to wonder what time you are doing it each week.
