JoeB But, it did and not everyone can make that claim. I understand that some were more difficult than others. But, it is YOUR history and I support that without exception.

JoeB love my JD and love the hooch you have put together there. I can feel at home with that picture. I especially like the steel pots on the mantle and the footlocker as a coffee table. That picture warmed my heart.

GWG8541 Very sharp eye ref footlocker… That has a meaning all it’s own. . . Flash Back “footlocker counseling”: the provision of assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social, or psychological problems and difficulties. Steel pots are genuine, WWI thru The Gulf War. Tks

GWG8541 Glad you’re enjoying the day. I’m roasting a yard bird outside. Four days ago it was snowing and today it’s currently 75 at 12:30. Getting a dram or 2 ready for sipping while I watch the magic. Have another good day.

zbigjeff crazy isn’t it. I was on the range at 0800 on Tuesday morning and had snow flakes and sleet. Today, as I type this its 82. Enjoy the day.

GWG8541 We are both happy enjoying the warmer temps. It’s about time. I sipped my way through the roast/smoke of that yardbird. I was forced to take it slow when butchering the finished product.

The stump healed over nicely. Just enough scarring to keep the wedding ring from falling off.

LOL. Got you. It was just a dumb joke I made last summer when I was posting about building the meat smoker from the old upright freezer.

I was cutting a lot of holes in the sheet metal box then, which usually means I cut myself at least once. I posted that doctored picture of my hand along with pictures of the sheet metal work.

Here is my hand without the special effects.
