    Also if a cow is right handed the left brisket is the best one to use to smoke, it’ll be more tender than the right one.

    HerbcoFood The way to tell is to get the cow to give you high five before processing, then you will know if they are right handed or left handed.

      Yah, well did you know if you loose a leg, you’ll usually have one left, even if it’s not right!
