      I’ve been doing some research on fermenting chili sauce. Sounds soooo interesting, especially with special diets and allergies to certain peppers. Thanks for opening my eyes to this.

          macsinsac So interested in this but I don’t have homegrown peppers to do it with. Wouldn’t feel the same to buy them but that’s exactly what I am going to do!

            Jonathon it’s really easy, it’s the waiting. But we’re used to that having to wait thing cuz we’re sausage & cured meat makers, right?
