twilliams Those look amazingly delicious. I can just taste them!

Two pork butts and a brisket, time to go to bed. To full. Got to love it.
scottfletcher sounds great. I wish I had those right now with this late winter were still having. I’d add a little yard bird and make some Brunswick stew while watching this snow melt.

Then the real star of the show: Dove popper flatbread pizza: I whipped some cream cheese, then added gruyere cheese, jalapenos, dove, bacon and drizzled it with barrel aged white balsamic vinegar.

HerbcoFood that looks and sounds amazing. Those pics should be on the cover of a food magazine.

We did few apps last night for dinner, started off with a water cracker topped with a garlic herb cheese, salami and cucumber.

For our anniversary, smoked some ribs for the wife. It’s one of her favorites. Served with some
creamed turnips. Green Mountain Grill did a good job. -

So I needed to figure out what to do with the left over beef loin roast this week. The wife requested some type of soup, but there was enough to do sandwiches as well. So beef mushroom soup and cheese steak sandwiches.

Just 2 big meals today and now its beverage time.GWG8541 beefs best friends, onions and mushrooms. Nice looking sandwich

I took advantage of the cold March weather and smoked 8 varieties of cheese early this morning. I used apple for the smoke and they looked great. Now for the hard part; the wait.

GWG8541 The “wait” is totally worth it. Waited 3 weeks and cracked open a butter cheese and Havarti for some friends that stopped over for a bourbon tasting. I just laughed when they asked “where did you buy that cheese?” Yep, things like that bring a smile to not just me. But, many of you. Thanks for all the guidance along the way.

Nice cheese! I am not very experienced eating smoked cheeses, but those look great and make me want to grow as a person!

GWG8541 You’re set for cheese for a bit. Great variety. My last bunch, I smoked some horseradish cheddar. It was my new favorite. Your’s looks perfect.
