At first I would think beef ranching states which I think would be Texas and Wyoming. But then being in Wisconsin and being the top cheese producer and heavy beer and hard liquor drinkers, could we also be a heavy part of sausage making too. Cheese, sausage and beer go well together so my answer is Good ol Wisconsin.

Jonathon My first inclination is Texas or maybe even New York, But after I think about it for a while (maybe that is going to be the problem), then I wonder if perhaps a state like Illinois will provide you the most non commercial retail for this sort of endeavor.
