twilliams I was a little skeptical. I really like it for finishing products. It does great on some foods and just OK on others, but it was definitely worth the purchase.

ND Mike this sale is extremely killing me, I just ordered the Anova Sous vide (not sure why yet, only because it was 50% off) I can not spend any more as I have other financial commitments right now. Gotta get my kitchen paid off by February and I just ordered a 2022 RAM 2500 Night Edition. Having the bed sprayed, tonneau cover and windows tinted, undercoated and rust proofed with the diamond ceramic coating. I’m tapped out for a bit. Got a bunch of venison now that I gotta process now too. Hoping to get two more does.
twilliams don’t feel bad. I ordered an 11 lb stuffer when it went in sale last Monday, but had know Idea there would be a better price on Friday. I just figured that was the sale price. I definitely would have waited and bought more stuff.

GWG8541 just bought that as well, I got a stuffer but the occasional blow by the seal irritated me enough to order it. As well as the injector and all the turkey stuff to brine and smoke. We get a turkey every year from work and three of us work there so I had 6 turkeys in the freezer, she just cooked one Thursday and it was dry as all get up. I said that won’t happen again

twilliams There are a few days a year we have to work on Sunday to be able to ship everything on Monday. Today is definitely one of those days. Tomorrow will be ridiculous for the amount of packages we ship!
