Lol, no I have a small slicer. That’s why the slabs are small, I’m not able to slice the side whole. A new slicer is on my wish list.
Interesting how much different the older heritage breeds, like Berkshire, in regard to fat content, marbling, texture and flavor. I’m lucky to have access to local farmers that really go the extra mile raising livestock. -
