Cannot check-out on Walton's Website

I have been trying to buy some smokehouse cleaner for over an hour. Every time I enter all of my information and hit “Submit order”, my credit card info disappears and I have to start all over again. After a few attempts, I am no longer comfortable putting in my credit card again. Something seems very strange. I just wanted Jonathon and Austin to know what is happening on their web-site.

Just thinking. I haven’t ordered since the change over. I’ll be curious to see what happens. Making a list for this fall. Will be putting in sometime this week. I did have to recreate a login. Added all my info. Will see what happens.

We did check and it is still putting orders through. Is it possible that you changed the address after entering? It will reset cc information if the address is changed… We have a ticket open to.fix that issue -

Jonathon - I tried it again this morning and it worked, but was extremely slow after hitting submit - Maybe 3-4 minutes, but then the completed page showed up.

lkrfletcher I’ve heard the same thing happened to me several times seriously thinking about going somewhere else to get my supplies
