Bhouin1086 do you think seasoning is hot or the 5 pounds of fresh jalepenos you put in there? 🤣

deplorablenc1 tried it after setting in the fridge the heat tamed down quite a bit, think this seasoning would really benefit from high temp cheese, and I did not put 5 lbs of jalapeño I only put a quart and did not add the liquid from the jar

Bhouin1086 great information on the heat. I was just being smart when I said 5 lbs, it looked like alot of jalapenos in there. I guess I will put some of the Gigawatt in my next ordsr.

I like the labels you put on your packages!

Bhouin1086 All around great looking product and pics! I find that the Gigawatt is generally hot enough and doesn’t need any additional heat but sometimes I like to go crazy and add Hi Temp Ghost Pepper Cheese to it!

It also saddens me that you can’t add the liquid from the jarred jalapenos, I like using that type of jalapeno so much more than fresh ones but that liquid will denature the proteins of the meat…maybe there is a way to balance out the pH so we could add that but not denature the proteins? The simplest way would probably be with a phosphate of some kind…This at least sounds like a good reason to make some hot snack sticks!

Rogers I have tried the willies and gigawatt, tried the buffalo blue cheese wasn’t too impressed with it, the gigawatt has a nice heat, the willies has wonderful flavor, so far the willies is my favorite, has a good flavor that anyone can enjoy, if u like more heat use the gigawatt, I would recommend adding high temp cheese to the gigawatt think it would calm it down alot
