Austin I almost did an Instagram shaming to try and get one. Two orders in a row…no catalog, I think the let down occurs because it automatically adds one to the order and then nothing comes in the box. In some ways this is like ordering something and not getting it. Imagine the orders I could create while sitting on the throne, planning out my next… smoke? Yeah that sounds PC.

I’ll get everything requested here mailed out next week.If anyone cares to share their last order # that should have had a catalog and did not, I can do a deeper trace into things and try to fix where the problem may be happening.

deplorablenc1 If you have ordered multiple times, you should have got one in an order for sure. I’ll make sure you get into our next bulk mailing. I know I am overdue on one, so I’ll probably get that process started next week.

Kinda had the same thing happen last fall. Ordered the 44# mixer and didn’t get the free shaker. Was on the packing list but not included. Did get the catalog though. Weird.
