When are these going to be available? On my last few orders I haven’t gotten one nor since I requested one originally. I am a paper shopper vs the web searching … granted my orders where through the web but I am not a millennial and spend time (and prefer) looking through catalogs.

deplorablenc1 If you have ordered multiple times, you should have got one in an order for sure. I’ll make sure you get into our next bulk mailing. I know I am overdue on one, so I’ll probably get that process started next week.

Austin I almost did an Instagram shaming to try and get one. Two orders in a row…no catalog, I think the let down occurs because it automatically adds one to the order and then nothing comes in the box. In some ways this is like ordering something and not getting it. Imagine the orders I could create while sitting on the throne, planning out my next… smoke? Yeah that sounds PC.

Kinda had the same thing happen last fall. Ordered the 44# mixer and didn’t get the free shaker. Was on the packing list but not included. Did get the catalog though. Weird.
