Kinda had the same thing happen last fall. Ordered the 44# mixer and didn’t get the free shaker. Was on the packing list but not included. Did get the catalog though. Weird.

Our shipping guys are usually pretty fast on getting things out!!!
I’d argue we ship at least as fast and probably faster than anyone else!
