20210726_191008.jpg I got schooled at pool last night. Austin is much better at 9 ball than I am.

We’ve got a bet on heaviest fish and the most fish. Both will be settled on a futurre livestream !

I’m not a huge fan of cats but this place has the funniest most dog like cat I have ever met. If they aren’t careful I’m bringing him home to meet Brutus and riggins!20210726_194920.jpg

Ridley Acres Haha! It is actually a Pheasants Forever hat, not a Walton’s hat though. Jonathon brought his blue custom hat, but put it to the side when Chris @ PF gave us the orange PF hats.

So, I want to include some links to Jon Wipfli stuff cause…wow. Talk about a fountain of knowledge, guys I learned more about french style cooking in 8 hours than I have in years. THis guy wrote a venison cook book called Slay to Gourmet He owns Animales which is pronounced like tamales in 2 locations and is just an all around awesome person. Big fan of what he does and how he does it. I think the 4 videos we did yesterday will all be really good. They are going to be released under Pheasants and Quails forever under 2 campaigns, one is Path to the Uplands, it is shorter, easier recipes and the other is Bird in the Bag which are more in depth.
