My pk100. Temp is off by 100 degrees. Is it the temperature wire or is it the temperature control box. If it is the wire where is it ?

You will find the temp probe behind the tin plate at the back of the smoker what I would do first is pull the controller out and check for loose wires also how are you checking to find that it is off temp the temp will vary a lot in different areas.

Are you able to get the probes and control boards replaced under warranty? If not, how much are the replacement parts costing you?

No. Warranty it’s 3 years old. Controller is 140$ and the probe is $18. I ordered them right from pro smoker.
