Nice job! I turn any “spare” blueberries into wine.

gChart blueberry picking season up here is like a religion. You will see folks along the hillsides, roadways, getting those berries. Nothing better than wild ones

If you find yourself with Blueberries getting close to expiring, well then you have the makings for a near perfect BLUE BERRY MARGARITA. Just add 2oz. Simple Syrup, 2oz. Grand Marnier, and 2oz. of a good quality tequila. Sous vide them up at 135 / 2 hrs. then strain over ice.

Once I figure out a way to seal them up, I will send and let you know. They are under vacuum so should keep for a while. Refrigerate - strain over crushed ice - enjoy.

Are you crush the berries after vacuum packing or just let them cook down in the Sous vide. That look good!

Fat_Bob I have crushed before and after. This time I crushed before sous vide, and they really came out good.
