Drink of Choice

Joe Hell Those are some quality pours!
“I don’t remember the outcome” What! You mean you didn’t taste and spit? LOL
-
Joe Hell Now, that’s a very nice arrangement. The Sazerac is the only one I couldn’t comment on. But, your taste buds were lit up nicely and understand about picking a winner. That’s why we always have someone who’s not partaking do the tallying.

Jonathon I had a bit of an issue with my patty maker picture. I had to go back and make sure that the .jpg was showing, for some reason. I saw a .PORTRAIT.jpg suffix in that upload. Could that be it? Also, you gotta admit that’s a pretty patty maker in my post…
-
badfire2625 Your patty maker was hideous (i’m lying i LOVE it) had you chosen blue, the color of the sky and the ocean perhaps the internet would be kinder to you and allow you to upload your jpg!
-
Jonathon the Hexadecimal code for blue is #BLAHHH…
Oh, and actually my orange patty maker did upload. Where’s your team blue white claw picture?

Jonathon Yes, it has been temperamental the last 3 days. I cannot determine the reason because all pics were equal in every reading except the picture itself. I know your people will determine the cause. Good luck.

badfire2625 Man do I miss the ocean and mountains and just nature in general, that is a freaking gorgeous picture!

Ok. We gotta catch up here. No way we’ve all stopped drinking.

Trying a new one here. At least new to me. Very good. Smooth. A little outside my normal price range but wtf. I was stimulated. It plays well with some 3yr aged Wi cheddar.

PapaSop That looks like a good one! Never seen it before & probably will never see it, but everything about it just looks good. Love that cheese saw & Marble slab.

PapaSop Old Elk just came into my area in the last month. It’s a smooth pour. One to definitely keep on the shelf.

PapaSop I had an awesome sour the other day from great divide. I saved on in my fridge, if I can remember to bring it back from home during lunch perhaps we will talk about it during today’s live stream?

Jonathon
A sour? What the he&& is that? LOL. Whatever works for you my man.
-
PapaSop Neat is always the first choice. But, a change is good for the taste buds. I just normally use some lesser spirits when I mix it.
-
PapaSop In the last year I’ve switched from ports and stouts to sours as my first choice. We shall see if that continues through the winter, sours feel more summer time to me for some reason but man are they good!

No mix here. Sometimes neat but usually rocks is my thing. In fact I can’t remember the last time I’ve used a mix. Cheers.
. Can’t believe there’s no emoji for a rocks glass.

That’s what it’s all about. Whatever works! No right or wrong.

Jonathon I cannot give up my porters especially, but even the stouts, especially in the Winter. If you like that Whiskey Sour & want a little Winter flavor, with a Summer tang, try that Green Apple Whiskey Sour.
