Gleam won’t allow access

Gleam is keeping me from registering for the monthly drawing. Keeps asking me to log in then tells me I am already logged into Gleam ? Been trying for several days. Using my IPhone as I have done for several months. Just started after last months Give Away Webcast. Thanks guys

deweymeats I am in the same boat with you with my Droid phone. I have been chasing my tail trying to figure out what changed or setting is incorrect.

No problem here. Be sure you are using your correct login credentials. You might also try clearing your history and cookies.

I had to use the You-tube login, then it went right in. -

YooperDog I believe no setting changes on out phones are the problem. Gleam just took the fun out of the contest and added more frustration to our routine, “one more thing I can’t do anymore”.

How can I reset Gleam?

deweymeats You can’t “reset” gleam but I am betting it is either something in your cache or history. Try opening an incognito browser and entering there. Also, I logged out as FB and logged in with youtube and that worked as well.

Jonathon I have a new phone so maybe something isn’t matching up with the Gleam software. I will try again through a couple different apps, not a FB fan or person, but will try YouTube, ect… Not sweating it.

I think I am back up and running. The different apps I use all have a their own security and cookies settings. My old phone is lying in pieces on a hwy somewhere and I am still working on getting this one back to where the previous was.
